I am happy to announce this poem by Audrey Richardson and my portrait of Audrey were chosen for this exhibition at PhotoPlace Gallery this month November 26- December 23, 2021.
This comes at a festive and contemplative time, Audrey turns 14 years old this November 25. At the time of this portrait taken she was 10 years old.
She wrote the poem when she was 8 years old. I think of this piece as a touchstone, preserving a moment that layers our being on the planet, Earthilings at that time.
